Snoring has more than one cause. For many people, the jaw and tongue relax during sleep and slide back, narrowing the space behind the tongue.

Molded at Home in About 5 Minutes.
You shape SNOR LOCK to your own teeth with hot water. If the fit isn't right, you can do it again.

Widen
Hold both sides and spread the frame until it slips over your upper teeth. It won't break.
- 02
Heat water
Get water to 167 to 185°F (75 to 85°C). Use a hot water dispenser, or let boiled water cool in the cup for about 2 minutes.

Soften 20 sec
Attach the fitting handle to the front tab. Dip the guard all the way in for 20 seconds without touching the cup, then lift it out and shake off the water.

Bite 1 min
Seat your upper teeth in the top groove, move your lower jaw forward into the bottom groove, and bite firmly for 1 minute.

Set 2 min
Put it in cold water for 2 minutes to lock in the shape of your teeth.
Check your impressions after step 5. If they look shallow or unclear, soften it again and remold from step 2.
Impressions not clear? Start again from step 2. Bite gently the first time and a little firmer the second.
Which side is up? The larger V shape goes on your upper teeth.
Care: Brush it daily with a toothbrush and toothpaste under cool water, and deep-clean it once a week with a denture cleanser. Never boil it or sterilize it with heat.

Will it stop my snoring?
SNOR LOCK is designed to help reduce snoring. Snoring has more than one cause, so results vary from person to person.
Is SNOR LOCK FDA-cleared?
Yes. SNOR LOCK went through the FDA 510(k) process (K222475) and is cleared for over-the-counter use by adults 18+ as an aid in the reduction of snoring.
What is it made of?
Because you wear it all night, the material matters. SNOR LOCK is made with U.S. DuPont™ material and manufactured in Korea, and its EVA body was tested for biocompatibility (ISO 10993) for the FDA 510(k) submission.

How do I mold it?
Soften it in 167 to 185°F (75 to 85°C) water for 20 seconds, bite firmly for 1 minute, then set it in cold water for 2 minutes. If the fit isn't right, you can remold it.
Who shouldn't use it?
Skip it if you can't breathe through your nose while you sleep, or if you have loose teeth, advanced gum disease, full dentures, or jaw-joint (TMJ) problems. If you stop breathing, gasp, or wake up exhausted at night, talk to a doctor first. SNOR LOCK is not intended to diagnose or treat sleep apnea.
